Chapter 13: Specialized Cleaning Procedures
The following are recommended cleaning methods for the materials indicated. Other EPA and OSHA approved methods may also be used.

Disposal | Dispose of all asbestos debris, mop-heads, rags, filters, HEPA vacuum bags, and water obtained from steam cleaning in sealed, leak tight containers. DO NOT BREAK ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL TO FIT INTO BAGS . Pieces too large to fit into bags should be wrapped twice in polyethylene sheets 6 mil thick and sealed with duct tape. Label as asbestos containing material and dispose of following all Virginia and EPA regulations pertaining to asbestos. |
