Registration Fees: $200 (Only for selected vendors)

Food Vendor Information

Selected vendors will be notified by or before February 18, 2022  regarding their status. Selected vendors must submit payment no more than 5 business days from the date of notification. If payment is not received in 5 business days, vendors forfeit their participation in the Multicultural Fair.

Vendor permits must be completed and returned to the Rappahannock Area Health District no later than  March 4, 2022. Meal Tax Registration Forms must be submitted to the Fredericksburg Commissioner of the Revenue no later than
March 4, 2022.

Food Vendor Application - 32nd Annual Multicultural Fair

  • Note: Any foods not listed cannot be sold on the day of the event.
  • While we are now accepting applications for the 2022 Multicultural Fair, please be aware that the Fair might not take place due to the public health realities regarding COVID. I hereby agree to sell all food and products in compliance with all Virginia state and local business licensing and taxation laws and requirements. The University assumes no responsibility for any sales items that are lost, damaged or stolen. This shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. The University reserves the right to restrict the sale or distribution of any or all items determined inappropriate.
