Food Vendor Application
We sadly announce that the Multicultural Fair event scheduled for April 10, 2021 is canceled. Based on the Commonwealth’s and University’s response to the current status of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the guidelines in place, we are unable to sponsor this event this year.
At this time we are not accepting applications for the 2021 Multicultural Fair due to the public health realities regarding COVID-19. Any applications already received will be put into consideration for the 2022 Multicultural Fair.
Registration Fees: $200 (Only for selected vendors)
Food Vendor Information
Selected vendors will be notified by or before February 7, 2020 regarding their status. Selected vendors must submit payment no more than 5 business days from the date of notification. If payment is not received in 5 business days, vendors forfeit their participation in the Multicultural Fair.
Vendor permits must be completed and returned to the Rappahannock Area Health District no later than March 9, 2020. Meal Tax Registration Forms must be submitted to the Fredericksburg Commissioner of the Revenue no later than
March 9, 2020.
