We are pleased to announce the introduction of a self-care space designed for those seeking a moment of tranquility. This area provides a secure environment for quiet reflection, meditation, prayer, mindfulness, and self-soothing activities. Additionally, various resources aimed at alleviating anxiety are available. We invite you to visit this self-care space to find a sense of peace and well-being.
Space is on a first-come, first-served basis and can be utilized by more than one person at a time.
