|Set-up Crew||Meet in front of Lee Hall no later than 6:30 a.m. (Breakfast will be available at 6:00 a.m. in the Multicultural Center) Duties: set-up tables and chairs in designated areas; assist with set-up for children’s activities in Ball Circle; set-up trash cans throughout fairgrounds; distribute balloons along campus walk; and assist vendors with set-up from 7:00-10:00 a.m.|
|Take Down Crew||Meet in front of GW no later than 4:30 p.m. Duties: clear tables and chairs from Campus Walk; collect standards and stack them on Lee Hall terrace; remove programs from standards; and remove and dispose of balloons. Assist in general cleanup (i.e. remove litter from grounds, remove trash bags that are full, secure and replace with new bags, etc.)|
|Stage MC||Announce performers and make certain performances are running according to the schedule. MC’s must receive bio information about performers prior to the Fair.|
|Information Table Assistant||Information table will be located in front of Lee Hall. Duties: Pass out programs; answer questions; and monitor questions regarding the lost and found.|
|Children’s Area Activities||Assist with supervision of children’s activities throughout the day.|
|Public Announcers||Announce upcoming programs on the entertainment schedule and any last minute changes to the schedule. Report to the Information Table at the beginning of your shift to pick up the bullhorn. At the end of the day, bullhorns must be returned to Campus Police in Brent Hall.|
|Litter Patrol||Monitor trashcans throughout the day; tie bags that are full and set next to trashcan; replace with bag located at the bottom of the trashcan. Disposable gloves will be available at the Information Table in front of Lee Hall.|
|Photographer||Take photos of events throughout the day.|
