Our Rental Center has equipment for your personal outdoor adventures. UMW students, employees, and alumni members have access to rent this equipment all throughout the year. Our equipment rentals come with a small, daily fee per item.

How To Rent Equipment
Reservations must be made 2-3 days ahead of time online or in person and will be rented out on a first come, first-served basis. Items can be reserved for up to 6 days.
To reserve online, please email the following information to email@example.com:
– equipment you’d like to rent (up to 3 unique items)
– desired pick-up date
– desired drop-off date
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your pickup and drop off times, as well as a summary of items and total cost. Items can be picked up and dropped off at the UMW Fitness Center during open hours.
Reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to pick-up. If reserved equipment is not checked out at the agreed upon time of pick up, the reservation will be cancelled.

Q. Can I make a group reservation?
A. Yes! To make a group reservation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Group reservations must be made a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance and are priced on a different scale, so it is important to contact the Campus Rec staff.
Q. Can pay for a rented item online?
A. At this time, we are only able to accept payments in person at the Fitness Center front desk. Rental fees can be paid with cash, credit, check or Eagle One. Payments for violations of any of the terms stated in the Rental Agreement will be notified and if not paid, will be added to the respective student account.
Q. What happens if I damage the rented equipment?
A. Patrons returning equipment in a damaged condition will not be allowed to check out equipment again until the replacement fee is paid.
