Free Week of Fitness Classes at the Gym | January 14 – January 20
Try any of our fitness classes for FREE this week! Please check in at the front desk for each class. Beginning January 21, you must have the 2018-19 fitness pass ($10) to participate. It’s worth it!
Beginner Lift Night | January 20, 8-9:30pm
Stop by the gym to get familiar, try some exercises, and work with our staff to help you feel comfortable in the gym.
Campus Rec BINGO | February 5 – April 14
1. Tell the front desk staff at the gym you want to participate in BINGO.
2. Write your name on the BINGO card. It will stay in a binder at the front desk.
3. Participate in the activities on the BINGO board until April 14.
4. For each activity you do, ask the gym staff member to stamp your card.
5. Complete 5 events in a row in any direction & redeem prizes!

This is a collaboration between Campus Rec, Student Activities and Engagement, the James Farmer Multicultural Center, and Orientation.

- Sunday, March 24: Ladies Lift Night, 8-9:30pm, UMW Fitness Center: Attend this event to work 1:1 with other ladies on how to strength train and feel more comfortable in the gym environment.
