Employee Fitness Classes

Campus Recreation offers fitness programs exclusively for UMW employees. Each fitness program runs for a few weeks. Can’t make a few of the workouts? That’s okay! There’s no penalty for missing a few classes. Just remember: some scheduled movement in your day is better than no movement!

Faculty and Staff Yoga
Sometimes faculty and staff are looking for a private fitness opportunity to workout together, away from students!  With Faculty/Staff Fitness Classes, you can work out consistently in a group of your peers while receiving personal attention from a seasoned instructor and genuine support from the group of people who are enrolled.

$40 for a semester long pass/membership
Meets every Tuesday from 12pm to 12:45pm in Goolrick Studio 4
With Bill Brooks, experienced Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Teacher

You can register in person at the Fitness Center or you can pay online.  If you register online, please log in using the button and your UMW credentials.

Please note: online transactions incur a 2.75% processing fee.
