Invite your family to walk or run with you in this Fun Run! The course will take you around campus where you will gather 5 playing cards. The best poker hands wins a $50 gift card! A raffle will be held for a $25 gift card. Register online by clicking the button above.
- Late Night Lift for Beginners

Want to know more about fitness, exercising, and lifting? Join Campus Rec for an after-hours workout sesh! The Fitness Center staff will be there to teach you how to perform safe and effective exercises and get you feeling more comfortable on the strength floor. All UMW students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited and this is a free event. There will be giveaways as well!
- Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
Sunday, October 1 | 1:30-1:50pm, 2-2:20pm, or 2:30-2:50pm
This free event is for students to briefly experience Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with a certified SUP and 200 hour yoga instructor. The purpose of the event is to determine if you’d like to sign up for the paid class that will take place October 22 – Nov 12 at 1:30 each Sunday.
