Spring 2025 Election timeline:

  • Election Workshops (It is MANDATORY that all candidates, either new or returning, attend an election workshop)
    • Friday, March 21st @3:00pm (SAE Conference Room, CRUC 303)
    • Sunday, March 23rd @6:00pm (SAE Conference Room, CRUC 303)
    • Monday, March 24th @7:00pm (SAE Conference Room, CRUC 303)
    • Tuesday, March 25th@10:00am (SAE Conference Room, CRUC 303)
    • *If you are unable to attend one of these workshops, please email sfinney2@umw.edu to schedule an alternative time*
  • Candidate Campaigning: Wednesday, March 26th-Friday April 4th
  • Applications due on myUMW: Wednesday, March 26th by 11:59pm
  • Voting: Monday, March 31st at 12:01am-Friday, April 4th at 8:00am
  • Announcements sent out via email by 5pm on Friday, April 4th

All positions within all the elected groups will be available to run for:

  • Student Government Association
  • Class Council
  • Honor Council
  • Student Conduct Review Board
  • Finance Committee
  • Residence Hall Association
  • Inter-Club Association
  • Off-Campus Student Association
