The mission of Student Life is to offer students, parents, staff, and prospective students information to further their general education and enhance their understanding of their responsibilities as citizens in the University of Mary Washington community. Student Life focuses on providing information for the acquisition of interpersonal and leadership skills; for service to others; for self-discipline; and for adherence to agreed-upon community values. This office facilitates involvement in out-of-class experience and the acquisition of skills and abilities for lifelong learning, and for living a healthy, productive, and creative life.
