Leadership occurs wherever people come together and at Mary Washington students will have opportunities to learn about and practice leadership with a view to developing their skills and abilities.  These experiences will challenge their understanding of traditional leadership roles as formal and hierarchical and encourage deeper thinking about how they can make an impact whatever their circumstances.
