Wednesday, November 11 | 6 pm | Zoom Dr. Julia A. King will be discussing her experiences of studying, writing, and teaching about historical archaeology and Chesapeake history and culture, with a specific emphasis on the Indigenous tribes from the Rappahannock region. From 2003 until 2011, King served as an Expert Member on the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, a Federal agency that advises the president and Congress on matters of national historic preservation policy.
