The Preservation Club is a student organization committed to furthering the study and appreciation of our nation's cultural heritage. The purpose of the Historic Preservation Club is to promote, acquaint, and involve interested students of the University of Mary Washington in the field of preservation. The Club strives to promote the field of preservation and increase awareness of the field by sponsoring conferences and trips.
The Preservation Club is open to
all full time and part time students, including BLS students of the University
of Mary Washington. The Club also sponsors a friends program, which
provides membership benefits to individuals or organizations not enrolled
in the University.
