Calendar of events
The Mary Washington Fencing Club meets for practice every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday, at 5 PM in Goolrick's Auxilary Gym, going till about 6:45. Feel free to show up, whether you've fenced before or not - we're glad to teach newcomers to the sport.
We're one of the larger clubs on campus, and have members fencing each of the three weapons. As a club, we don't have an official instructor, but students teach each other and we occasionally bring in outside coaches.
We go to and host tournaments when we can, and we're always looking for more people to fence. If you'd like to fence us, contact our tournament coordinator Julianne at the fencing account, who will no doubt be deeply excited to arrange something.
