How To Join

Like most clubs, Circle K International does have dues. Though most of us are the average, "poor college student", paying dues is very important. Luckily, we have many ways to make the payment as little as possible!

The Fredericksburg Fredericksburg Kiwanis Club generously pays for half of the dues for each member's $32 dues. Before the donation, the $32 are broken up in the following manner:

   - $25 (78%) goes to Circle K International
   - $7 (22%) goes to the Capital District of Circle K International

Dues payments are different depending on when and how you pay:
 

Paid by the second club meeting accompanied by 2 hours of fundraising for dues	$7.00
Paid between the second club meeting and the first club meeting in November accompanied by 2 hours of fundraising for dues	$10.00
Paid before the first club meeting in November without doing 2 hours of fundraising for dues	$15.00
Paid after November 12, regardless of fundraising	$20.00

As of now, we are no longer collecting dues, but they will become payable again October 1, 2007. Remember, Circle K International requires members to pay dues every year to remain an official member.

Please submit your dues to our treasurer, Melissa Eads. You can hand your dues to her at a meeting, but if you cannot attend a meeting to give her your dues, feel free to send it to her mail box, Box 1180. If you're mailing your dues, be sure to include:

• Your name

• Box Number

• E-mail Address

• Graduation Year
   

Other than dues, there are no set requirements to be a member,
although there are awards for different levels of commitment. You can attend as few or as many events as you want.
