The BSU Symbol

Growing Inward
While
Reaching Outward

The BSU symbol illustrates the two dimensions of our program and of the individual Christian's life. The inward dimension is symbolized by five arrows pointing in to Christ at the center. The five arrows represent: Bible study, churchmanship, discipleship, fellowship, and worship. The outward dimension is symbolized by five arrows pointing out to the community. These arrows represent: enlistment / new work, evangelism, international student ministries, ministry / social action, and missions. It is our hope that the BSU will provide an exciting and nurturing environment with all ten ministries that will enable you to continue to grow inward while extending the reach outward.
