| What are the BSU rules? |
There are several BSU rules. No alcohol is allowed at the BSU. Please clean up after yourself or your group; especially in the kitchen to avoid bugs. Also, if you are coming specifically to the BSU and will remain in the building, you are welcome to park in the BSU driveway. If you will not be in the building, though, please do not park with the intention of leaving your car. One exception to the rule: please do not plan on parking at the BSU for Five Alive. | |||||||||||||||||||
| How do I reserve a room for BSU events? | To reserve a room for BSU events, check the calendar in the workroom to see if anyone is using the space; then double check with Susan to make sure the calendar is accurate. (FYI: Non-BSU events will be scheduled after the BSU calendar has been set for the semester.) | |||||||||||||||||||

| How can I make an announcement during Five Alive? | If you would like to make an announcement about an activity going on at the BSU or something else you want your BSU community to know about, let Catherine Stewart know and she will include you in the Five Alive announcement line up. | |||||||||||||||||||
| How can I send an e-mail out to other BSUers? | If you have an e-mail to send out to other BSUers, send the e-mail to bsu@mwc.edu and it will be sent out, unless otherwise notified. | |||||||||||||||||||
| How can I get something put in the newsletter? | If you have some information to put in the newsletter, send the information to bsu@mwc.edu identifying the information as for the newsletter. | |||||||||||||||||||
| What's the difference between the two e-mail addresses? | There are two e-mail addresses that often get confused with each other. The BSU e-mail address is bsu@mwc.edu and is checked regularly. If you have any questions concerning the BSU or the events going on, send your e-mail to that address. Susan's e-mail address is mwcbsu@aol.com. If you need to contact Susan specifically, send your e-mail to that address. |
