Everyone has questions about living a healthier lifestyle. UMW Healthy Steps was originally developed to help employees incorporate wellness into their lives in an enjoyable and sustainable way. Since its inception the program has become so much more including the Healthy Living Series and the Healthy Steps radio show. This radio show is now a podcast and delves into a wide variety of wellness topics focusing of the tenants of the 6 dimensions of wellness. The podcasts are now available on UMW iTunesU and can be accessed on our blog.
