Randolph Hall

Built in 1954, Randolph Hall is a freshmen residence hall named after Martha Jefferson Randolph, daughter of President Thomas Jefferson and wife of Virginia Governor Thomas M. Randolph. Randolph Hall is connected to Mason Hall and is located across from George Washington Hall. Today, Randolph is a co-ed freshmen residence hall which houses 185 residents, is complete with air conditioning and elevators, and has recently undergone extensive remodeling. The hall also features comfortable lounges on its 2nd and 3rd floors, and at the end of the hallways there are sunrooms featuring large windows to let in the light where students can relax and study. Student rooms are connected by suite bathrooms. Randolph also features several cell phone areas throughout the hall where students can make private phone calls to friends and family. Additionally, Randolph offers interior bike storage, a laundry room and a kitchen on its 3rd floor.
