Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 27th Annual Multicultural Fair at the University of Mary Washington!  All vendors and performers must complete the appropriate registration form and will be contacted by a representative from the Planning Committee.

Craft Vendors:

Registration Fees

$90
$100 after February 3, 2017
$120 after March 3, 2017

Registration Deadline: Friday, March 17, 2017. No applications will be accepted after March 17, 2017.  No on-site registration.

To qualify for discounted registration fees, forms must be received no later than Friday, February 3, 2017.
Postmarks will not be honored. Partial payments are not acceptable.

Non-Profit Vendors:

Food Vendors:

Registration Fee:

$150.00- (Only for selected vendors)

Application Deadline: Friday, February 3, 2017  The Multicultural Fair Planning Committee will only review applications received by February 3, 2017.  Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

The fee will be $150.00 for the selected vendors.  Selected vendors will be notified by or before February 13, 2017 regarding their status.  Selected vendors must submit payment no more than 5 business days from the date of notification. If payment is not received in 5 business days, vendors forfeit their participation in the Multicultural Fair.

Table Information

Participants must provide their own tablecloths. You may bring your own tables(s). Tables will be provided by the Multicultural Center for an additional charge of $20.00. Chairs will be provided free of charge. Two electrical outlets will be provided for food vendors upon request.  However, due to the University’s limited electrical capabilities food vendors are encouraged to bring their own electrical equipment and accessories (i.e. extension cords, surge protectors, etc.).

In case of inclement weather:  Vendor tables will be moved inside the University Center; however, space is limited.  More information about the inclement weather plan will be available soon.  All participants in the 2017 Multicultural Fair will be informed of any changes due to weather as soon as possible.

  • Craft/Selling/Non-Profit Vendors will move inside the Chandler Ballroom, gallery area of the first floor, and on the second floor of the University Center.
  • Food vendors will remain on Ball Circle.
  • Performers will move to indoor locations in Dodd Auditorium, Lee Hall Underground, Monroe Hall Room 116, and the Talon Lounge in the University Center.

Payment Information

Please do not submit any payment until your primary contact has received official approval from our office.

 Due to a new policy, the Multicultural Fair Planning Committee will only collect check/money order payments from vendors who are selected to participate in the Multicultural Fair.

 


Performers

The Multicultural Fair welcomes performers!  If you would like to participate as a performer, please complete the Performance Application.
