Private Fitness Classes

Registration for Private Fitness Classes will open very soon!

While there are free group fitness classes at UMW, sometimes faculty and staff are looking for a private fitness opportunity to workout together. With Private Fitness Classes, you can work out consistently in a group of your peers while receiving personal attention from a seasoned instructor and genuine support from the group of people who are enrolled. This program style runs for five straight weeks and meets twice each week, for a total of 10 workouts together. The cost is $75 per person and in order for a class to run, we must have 3 people register and pay. If you have questions, please contact Brittanie Haas at bhaas@umw.edu!

 

Session 1: January 30 – March 3 (5 weeks) Ends conveniently before UMW’s Spring Break!
Commit yourself to 5 weeks of exercising your mind, body, and spirit. These classes will feel personal and you’ll be surrounded by others like you. Pick 1 format below to attend twice a week from January 30 – March 3! Registration will open very soon!

The cost to register for 1 class (5 weeks, 2 workouts per week) is $75. This breaks down to cost $7.50 per workout! What a deal! In order to reach our participation requirement, a minimum of 3 people must register and pay for the class or it WILL NOT run.

Not interested in signing up for the first session? Session 2 will be March 20 – April 21. Registration for that should open after Spring Break!
