  • Small Group fitness registration is open! 
  • The POUND fitness class time has changed to 5:00-5:45pm on Thursdays
    • This Thursday, POUND will be a GLOW class – complete with blacklights, glow sticks, and more! Wear bright colors!

    • Stop by to make your own homemade stress ball! We’ll provide the materials.

    • We want to hear what you have to say – How do you de-stress? What does wellness mean to you?

  • Tie Dye – Oct 28, 2-4pm, Ball Circle, FREE
    • We’ll bring the dye, you bring the clothing! Join us for this fun and colorful activity to finish off the week.
